Hi my name is Juana , I went to get food at the white plain location on Saturday ,around 4 pm 03/05/2023, there were 2 employees only taking care of customers and the drive way service , K and D , they were working very very very hard to take care of customers , they getting the 5 stars right now , I hope they getting pay over the minimum wage , they were very nice and running this place as if they were the managers , they deserve a raise because no one take care of business like this two ladies , I want to thanks you both and keep up the great job you ladies are doing I hope you boss really appreciates the har work that you both do. 👍👍

Food good but Drive thru experience was terrible. 1 car in front of me and they took 5 minutes just to take his order. Then I pulled up to the speaker and they asked me to wait. I waited for 3 minutes and placed my order. As I approach the pick up window the car Infront of me is still there and they take another 5 minutes to give him his order. I approach the window and they take another 3 minutes to give me my order. In total I wasted about 15-20 minutes on a rainy day when there was no line and only 1 car in front of me. Manager needs to speed up the process, time is very important. Overall, the food was good everything was fresh and they packed napkin and utensils. Down side drive thru is too slow.

I've always liked Boston Market but my hubby doesn't because of a bad experience in the past at a different location. Today I managed to get him to go in and try it. He was impressed with the healthy options he had as well as the great customer service. We were greeted by a polite young lady and served our meal with a smile. We will definitely return to this location.
