I really dont know how to properly rate this restaurant. The service is exemplary, the food is excellent, the natural juices, mix drinks and cocktails are concocted to the cusp of perfection. The only problem, in my opinion, is that this restaurant is too expensive. I try to be reasonable and understand the economics of running a restaurant, maintaining health standards, and employing waitstaff with legitimate wages. Also, we cant dismiss the venue is located at a prime corner area with heavy foot traffic. Makes me believe they are more than likely getting pounded on rent expenses. Those are just my assumptions. There are similar restaurants in the area selling the same food at a lower price. Which is why its difficult for me to gauge the justification on their higher prices. BUT Caribe DOES offer probably the best tasting food and experience in the area (maybe that can justifiy the higher prices). Again, thats just my perception of taste and experience. I dont frequent this restaurant as much as I would like too, because of the costs. But I do support local businesses. Sometimes I'll take the family there to dinner. Ocassionally, when a deal closes, I'll meet up with a client or business associate to celebrate. One last thing to consider, before I forget, is the food portion and serving sides. I believe the portions are fair and probably the same as the neighboring restaurants. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Service from wait staff is great! I visit every Sunday after Church and I'm always treated with optimal service and amazingly tasty food. I recently catered food for a grand birthday and Everyone loved the food. Even though the staff that handed off the food to my delivery person did not account for each tray and ended up leaving one behind, we made it work before the guests started to arrive. The prices are appropriate also!
