Papa John's stores are designed for takeout (at least the stores in NYC). The time of day that you order can affect how hot your pizza will be when it gets to you. Be prepared to reheat for evening deliveries.
After my recent disappointment with Domino's I've officially switched to Papa John's. The delivery didn't take long and was still hot. The crust has a sweetness to it that tastes really good with their garlic butter dip. I'll never understand the green pepper they put in each but appreciate that the
It's not a place you can eat at but the food is delicious. It beats any pizza joint, Domino's or little Caesars. The service is quick especially if you use their app.
The pizza was hot just how pizza is supposed to be lol. Service was quick as in making my order but the wait was a bit long.
Pizza was well done just how I Love and enjoy it. Was a very long day and hadn't eaten, so it was very important that it be well done and tasty to fill me. Wasn't disappointed. They did it well. Thank You. Will be back for more.
Excellent pizza and service. They've always called if there were any delayed (only once) but have always delivered under the estimated time. Customer service interaction always excellent! Love the app makes it easier to order and navigate!
The service is fine and my taste buds are satisfied! I haven't really had a problem with their food and the service is on time. When compared to the other Papa John's restaurants I have no problem them. This review comes from a food lover who loves food well prepared.
Pizza was delicious, great presentation and hot. Delivery came faster than quoted time and Driver was hospitable and professional. Ordered online the process was fast and easy! Two thumbs up.
Ordered online. Pizza was steaming hot and fresh, and made perfectly. Pickup was easy and it was very clean inside.Cashier and manager were very nice
It's better to call in your order first and then pick it up. While they're pretty fast, this method is just easier. Plus, when you call it in, the time isn't as long as it would be when you walk-in and place your order.
