This is a Bronx STAPLE and honestly, my favorite pizzeria. Put it this way, this place has been around for over 50 years and 99% of the people that have ever eaten there could not tell you it's name, yet, EVERYONE knows the place itself. i would say it deserves a spot on any all time classic NYC pizza list because of it's quality and longevity.
Tourists, go check it out. It gives you a reason to go north of 125th on the 2 or 5 trains and see part of the real NYC.
