Went here today for the first time and had a great experience!! The owners were very friendly and I was impressed with the menu featuring locally sourced food! I got the breakfast burrito and fruit parfait - both of which were delicious! Definitely recommend! �
Awesome, friendly service, IMPRESSIVE drinks, and locally sourced food!! As the owner of Black Walnut Kitchen in Monroe, I was very excited to hear about a new cafe opening in Brodhead that also featured locally sourced food!! After my visit there, I was even more impressed, and am very jealous that we don't have a coffee shop like this in Monroe! The decor was beautiful and comfortable, the drinks were delicious (try the chai tea and Italian sodas!!), and the food was made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients! Head over there and see for yourself!! So happy to see more businesses in Green County offering local produce, and meet such nice and friendly owners!
Everything we have had so far has been terrific. 3 stops in a week and something different each time. Good vibe. Glad to have a consistently good coffee shop in town. Adding: I had lunch for the first time today, meatball sandwich, giardinera, and cheese cake. My favorite spot in green county, hands down!
Stopped in today and got a salted caramel latte, orange struesel muffin and rhubarb scone. All amazing! I also love that they have a kid's menu. SO HAPPY to have a little cafe open again in our town!
Stopped in and had lunch today with one of my dear friends. We both had a coffee that was excellent. Service was great, staff was friendly and the food was fantastic!
Very good food with a great atmosphere. I’ve tried a couple different things from here and my favorite is the grilled chicken sandwich. So glad I can get good food so close to home

Usually good service from this restaurant but I was highly disappointed last night when I opened the box for my chicken strip basket to find my toast burnt, almost charred. I didn't eat it because that is just disgusting. Why would they serve very burnt toast? Just throw it out and make me fresh toast! Only giving them 3 stars because they are usually good, last night was different however...
EDIT: I realized that one experience from however many months ago shouldn't affect how I think about one restaurant that I have loved for so many years. I went inside to eat today with my brother for the first time since everything shut down in 2020 and was met with a feeling of overwhelming happiness. Everyone that works here is so kind and always trying so hard to keep the place looking good and running smoothly. The place has such an incredibly calming vibe, especially when you are eating some of the most delicious food your mouth could ever touch. Coming from a fellow fast food employee, I must say Dairy Queen does an amazing job and holds a special place in my heart.

They have very good cheese curds and blizzards there. The employees do very good. I don't think I've ever gotten a messed up order from there.
Fast drive thru. Efficient staff. Small wait time. Prices a little higher to han the big cities.
