Usually good service from this restaurant but I was highly disappointed last night when I opened the box for my chicken strip basket to find my toast burnt, almost charred. I didn't eat it because that is just disgusting. Why would they serve very burnt toast? Just throw it out and make me fresh toa
They have very good cheese curds and blizzards there. The employees do very good. I don't think I've ever gotten a messed up order from there.
Went through drive thru got a flame burger combo no cheese or lettuce and 2 for five chili dogs, was a 8 minute wait no one in line. Got home cheese on my burger, fries ice cold, and cheese on my chili dogs and I was charged full price for each not 2 for 5 like I ordered. Called to file a complaint
I have ordered many cakes for my children’s birthday here. This time I was very disappointed with the writing. When I checked out I shared my thoughts and the worker just Shrugged her shoulders. They did not offer to fix it or anything.
Fast drive thru. Efficient staff. Small wait time. Prices a little higher to han the big cities.
Normally love our DQ...but..went through the Drive through tonight...girl at the window gave me my salad and said thank you. When I said I didn't get my pop that I ordered she rolled her eyes and shut the window. Customer service is nill these days!
Good food for the most part,but i realize when fries are old/cold they get rid of them by putting a bunch in your chicken basket,but when fries are fresh/good they don't put a whole lot in it,instead of giving me a bunch of nasty fries to get rid of them just throw them out and give me new ones
They always forget half your food and I just got gravy from them it came out as a solid chunk like rubber highly recommended going anywhere else but there
