Mcdonald's

This McDonald's is probably one of the fastest ones I've been to, I do door dash with my boyfriend and we have gotten Alot of orders from here, The employees are very nice and fast. Highly recommend if your doing door dash in this area to take orders from here, Like I mentioned this is a pretty fast location compared to the South Weymouth McDonald's where they take forever to do everything!!

I bought a large ice coffee using my rewards points on the mobile app. The transaction on the app went through fine but when I got to the drive thru speaker and gave them the code I received, the cashier told me that the code wasn't valid. After going around with the cashier about it she told me to pull up to the window, when I get to the window, instead of giving me my lrg. Ice coffee they ask me to pull out of line to the parking area. After sitting in the parking area for about 5 minutes, a guy comes out with a medium ice coffee. I asked him if it's a large which it clearly wasn't, then says I think so. Huh??!! Well I did have time to keep playing these games, so I took the wrong order of ice coffee, which on top of everything else didn't have any of the spenda in it that I asked for. I've lived in this area for over thirty years and I can truthfully say that this McDonald's on Crescent is the worst one in Brockton or it's surrounding towns.

I see why the reviews average 3.3 and I'm saying that based on what I just witnessed While I was in the Drive-Thru paying for my order a young lady was taking my money and another young lady came and kissed her on the mouth (just very ghetto) and my first initial thought was what would the franchise owner think smh (why bring down someone's business like that) If that happened right in front of a customer's eyes I can only imagine what goes on in the bathroom 🤢

I have visited this McDonald's approx 5 times and only once was the order correct. I asked for no onions, they put "extra onions." They always forget sauce for nuggets, often mess up the drinks, and once even forgot to put a toy in the happy meal (we parked and went inside to rectify that). Not impressed. If it wasn't so conveniently located, I wouldn't go back. Now I make sure to check the bags before driving away.
