Dunkin' Donuts

Dunkin is everywhere lol this one is one of my favorite it big obviously coffee lattes cappuccino etc iced and hot bakery items breakfast sandwiches specials deals if your a dunkin reward member this particular Dunkin is attached to a 7-11 with a connecting door inside so it's Easy to get your coffee then go do your lottery or play Keno or just pick up some things for home *** Handicap parking, Wheelchair Accessible, Drive Thru, disinfected after each customer, Dine-in option, masks for un vaccinated unless eating they do not ask though, very great service

So why are the doors locked at 7pm? The girl at the drive-thru says they lock the lobby doors at 6:30-6:40pm. Funny...Because it wasn't the yesterday? The store should not be posted on the door open until 8pm if you lock the doors at 6:40. Even banks who might have different drive-thru hours post the hours of the lobby and the drive-thru. Its part of customer service. Remove the sign on the door that says 8pm which i looked at because its right at the door handle. Perhaps having the door unlocked was a measure so the employees can be in their car smoking which you have to drive by to get to the drive-thru. These people would not be working for me. What that the expectation set by the owner or manager?
