My thanks go to the cook's in the back, food was very good and served hot to me, the server needs to smile more because remember the public is who makes your money and help keep you in business, I call my self a shopper I go in and out of places of business, just to Taste the food, the service skills, time it takes and clean cleanliness , remember customer service skills are very important. Another thing please remember people have apps on the phone and it will ask you what do you think about the place you just visited. This is third time I've been here. Twice for breakfast and this last time for lunch. I guess the lunch crew is less attentive. The host had an attitude with us. The food had poor presentation. Our water was given to us after we were done with our meal. The host was on his cellphone most of the time. The waitress did offer to replace the sandwich but by that time I just wanted to leave. Maybe it's better to go on weekends for breakfast the morning crew offers better service and a good breakfast with no attitude plus we get our glasses of water first. Maybe host was upset because I didn't drop a tip in host container last time. I really would have but I don't carry cash on me I just add my tip on the receipt. So now you know in order to save attitude carry cash when you come here.

Nice spacious place to dine. It wasn't crowded the morning I went, food was served in a decent waiting time. Food good, my mom had previously visited and fell for their link sausages; they were worth the talk. An older female hostess possibly the owner was present with a welcoming smile and good conversation during our dining. The waitresses that helped serve us were however not good, we had to ask for everything as they sat and talked. I'd still return there to eat, that experience won't deter my return, the pancakes weren't bad!

There was something in the food, a piece of paper. We asked for the Manager about the situation, she said that all we can do us give you 50% off of it after making a new skillet plate. I've never been at a place that said that you ha e to pay for an inconvenience of that magnitude!! I will not be going back now. Still had to oy for the coffee and grits. She said if you eat the skillet, you have pay for it after all if this! Crazy😠😠😠😠

So my mom and I wanted to try a different breakfast spot outside of our normal 4 rotation. What could go wrong it's only breakfast? I will say I was seated and greeted upon my arrival. Now, the service and the time I waited for my food I feel is unacceptable. The highlight of the meal was the coffee. We were seated in a booth and after about 10 mins or so I notice a line of ants coming from the corner of the booth along with spider web under the blinds facing the parking lot. That should've been my indication to leave but I stuck it out. I calmly asked the host can we move and he obliged. Placed our orders at exact 11:09am why I know cause my mom decided to time it. I had Eggs Benedict and mom had a skillet. I notice a $2 deal on mimosas figure why not while we wait. Fast forward 33 minutes later it's about 11:45am I quietly pull the host to the side and ask what is the progress on our meal? He replied, " It's one big ticket in front of me and 2 more then mine would be after that. I just decided at that point return to my table pay for the coffee and mimosas and bid this restaurant farewell. I down my drink tell my mother about the news we were leaving. A server gets my attention and says are you leaving I explained to him we have been waiting 40 minutes for 2 meals and the restaurant is just under half capacity. He told me my food is in the window give him 2 mins. I said yeah if it's ready I'll have it but if not no, thanks. No one apologized for the wait, no manager on duty and an overall lack of leadership on this Sunday morning. An older couple heard me speaking to the waiter said thank you and left. The gentleman told me he was at the restaurant a month ago and had a long wait and decided to give this diner a second chance but if wait times are 40 mins plus he will just go elsewhere. The meal was underwhelming the egg and sauce was good, my Canadian bacon tasted old, the English muffin tasted stale and my hash browns were more raw potato than hash. My mom's meal wasn't cooked to her specification and decided to take it home and further cook it. So as you can tell this was a terrible experience. I tried to pay and on the bill I was charged for a large orange juice I never ordered or received. The waiter tried to convince me it was not my order but everything else aligned. So they took off the orange juice and I paid left most of my meal.
