This is our nearest KFC, have tried other branches in Bristol, this is probably the best quality. Very busy on Saturday evening but if you are prepared to wait a bit it's all good.

Quite busy small kfc but very busy particularly with the delivery drivers constantly. IT was quite clean and tidy, Food was ok parking wasnt the easiest. But no difference to the other kfc's.

I gave up on KFC a while ago as everytime I order something the food is cold or old and just dissapointing. But I just got an order from deliveroo ( which only took 20 minutes to get to me ) and everything was perfect . Chicken was all freshly cooked , it was juicy , hot and just really good . Also wow kfc cookies if you've never had one give it a go they are delicous. Gonna order from here again and see if I got lucky or if this particular kfc is just the real deal .

I ordered through the just eat app and sadly a chicken bucket didn't arrive with our order.
I tried to get somewhere with just eat but was very disappointed with their customer service.
However James and the lovely staff at the kfc fishponds branch were so lovely and helpful, giving us the bucket and some fries and a drink. Top customer service.
