One the great coffee shop franchise
I am mobility impaired and my wheelchair managed to get in and my carer got the coffee.
I could have got them myself but it was their turn to pay.

Nice Starbucks in the middle of Bristol, staff were friendly and a good store overall. Had plenty of seats on ground floor as well and further seating on the second level. Lots of power points to charge your devices which makes it great to do some work from. Recommended

Starbucks Bristol had a great working environment where many business people worked remotely whilst having the hussle and bussle footfall. Located in the centre of the busy shopping street, you are greeted with excellent customer service and amazing coffee.

Good cakes made my unusual drink request and dairy free alternatives available. The only small qualm is that they had so many pick up orders so it looks like no queue in store but waiting for drink for ages as they were making large orders for people to come and collect. Which is ok but perhaps should be some way to communicate this as you can visably see there will be such a looong wait..

Unfortunately they got my order wrong, but the guy was so apologetic I felt bad for pointing it out, mistakes happen we're all human. My cookies and cream frappachino was just amazing though.

The coolest and sweetest girl at the Starbucks near Cabot Circus shopping centre made me drink for me today. Although it wasn’t on the menu she still found a way to make the drink I wanted and charge me correctly. She ended up having loads left over after making my drink so gave me two!!! I think the name tag she was wearing said ‘Simon’ or ‘Simone’, but she had dark hair and super cool eyebrows piercings. And she was really pretty! Honestly so lovely, she made my day!!! Also my drink tasted incredible, best I’ve ever had from Starbucks!!!
