Costa coffee is the same all across the UK. The difference sometimes is customer service and my visit yesterday was definitely 5 stars.

Very clean place. Great fast service from staff despite being obviously understaffed (The franchisee needs to sort that out). Drinks all up to the great standard we expect from Costa but the food is laughably priced in standard Costa form and is usually lackluster, to be avoided. Loads of great food places around as alternatives.

Although they are usually quite busy, I've never had anything less than quick and friendly service here. They carry gluten free options of snacks. There could be a bit better selection in that regard, but it's still my usual go to for a coffee and snack on my shopping days in town.

Management should reward them. I'm a Costa coffee lover and I have travelled all over UK.
