Absolutely Brilliant! Would give 6 stars if I could. Contacted Louise the day before I needed a cake for my student son in Bristol. She not only designed the cake (actually two cakes), made it, but also delivered it on his birthday. I did ask my son for a picture but he replied "Sorry it's all gone. It was delicious - Lemon and very moist". Say no more - Thanks again.

Louisa was amazing! She helped with all my enquiries and was really accomodating with my order. She made my friend a FAB birthday cake which she also delivered. I cannot recommend her enough! She replied to my emails quickly and was always kind and professional.

Couldn’t find a baker to do this in South Wales so headed for Bristol area.
280 Bakes were really helpful by email, phone and text, and flexible when the cake was needed to be picked up near Christmas. They made sugar free cakes for my dad, a wonderful 40th birthday cake and some cupcakes to go with the main cake - all gluten free. The cakes were moist, delicious and plenty of people said it was the best gluten free cake they’d ever tasted, and as the birthday girl I throughly enjoyed it 😄 thanks again girls! Star job and would buy again for myself or family/friends.

I ordered at 12:30pm and it arrived at 4:30pm. Delicious, cherry cake that was nice and moist, which isn't always easy to get right with gluten-free baking.

Amazing cakes. I was sold on the Banana cake but have to say the Vegan Chocolate cake was also amazing and much nicer than I expected a Vegan cake to taste.
