Wonderful food. Some of the best Indian food I’ve ever eaten. Went for the “early bird” option - still quite pricey (over £50 for two people with just one additional drink).
Couldn’t fault the food. I’ll be back. Yummy!

We were met with the upmost respectable service, the waiter was so lovely and made sure everything we needed was seen to, both me and my partner are vegan and gluten free and were given many options of which all tasted wonderful! 10/10 reccomend

Outstanding service from the moment we arrived - we arrived late (after the theatre) without a booking and everyone was so attentive, quickly taking our drink order as we waited for our table to be prepared, and especially Rumel - taking on board that we had to catch the last train, providing recommendations on the food and keeping an eye on the time for us throughout. The food was tasty and fresh, including naan breads steaming hot out of the oven! All in all a great experience, and we look forward to coming back to try more dishes.

We came here for years while we lived in Bristol. End of April we visited Bristol again and eating at Raj was the top 1 on our priority list. It was still extremely good food and service. Even the kids liked it so much they wanted to eat there for 3 days in a row!

We came across Raj by chance and were really pleased we found it. Decorated really nicely, really lovely service from everyone and Rumel. The food was great and we will definitely be back next time in Bristol.

Raj is a must for us whenever we are in Bristol, being a real gem tucked away on King Street. Rumel always greets us with a smile and both the service and the food are wonderful.
The tikka masalas are exceptional!

We are a French family on vacation. This was a great experience! The food was delicious and it was an authentique indian food. The service was lovely. We were late and didn't know the restaurant was closing. But for us they kept the kitchen open a bit longer so that we could eat. Thank you to the chef and to the server for their kindness
