I agree with what others are saying about the slow drive through. Additionally, I have ordered the same drink here 4 times and gotten 4 completely different (and typically gross) drinks. This is the drink I usually get at a Dunkin, and typically love it.
Lastly, the employees are standoffish and can ever be plain rude. Very weird vibes from this one, will not be returning.

Wife loves it there. Fast and friendly service. I'm not a fan of Dunkin coffee, but taste is subjective, so you may love it.

If you don't own a car you can't get food if the inside is closed I have see them turn people away and slow moving lines

Food is good, coffee is great.
Drive through is the absolutely the slowest I have seen in a long time. I ordered through app, so couldn't cancel the order. So I waited approx 14 minutes to even get to order window.
Speed of service is my only issue.

Line was to long. Employee I could not understand her. Then when it was my turn to order I didn't know if she was talking to me or someone in the store. I had to repeat my order at least 6 times. They didn't have ham and cheese roll ups so I ordered stuffed bagel bites a latte and 1 of the new donuts,which I had to repeat 6 times all items, mind you it was only 3 things. I was looking forward to trying the new donut and well it was the wrong one. Never again.

This continues to be one of the slowest Dunkin’s around. Drive thru take 15 minutes. And the accept walk in mobile orders but have the doors locked. And it is not a staffing thing as their is always 3 or 4 employees but they just can’t figure out how I take orders and serve them.

Very nice place to sit and have a quick bite to eat. Very friendly staff. Food was hot and fresh. Bathrooms needed some repair but in order. Outside was inviting and clean.

Went there on my lunch break. I placed the order as a walk-in and when I went to open the door it was locked so I had to get back in my car and go to the drive-thru. When I got the drink everything was at the bottom and it seems like they didn't even stir it.
