For $6 and Ice-cream you get rations!!!! this is ridiculous , the size of a regular is a kids size at majority other stores. My ice-cream was weighed and a-lot taken off and put in the bin, until my cup was half empty!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS CHANGE YOUR WAYS

Ordered a cake for my 4 year old son's birthday. Came to pick it up only to be told they sold it to someone else last night. Disgusting work ethic.
Edit to reply: It was ordered under my mother's name Julie. When we went to pick it up. The worker came out with a piece of paper saying to reorder because they'd sold it last night.

Worst baskin Robbins in Queensland! Staff need there mouths washed out with soap!
They were talking in there language saying horrible stuff about the owners and other staff members and talking about how much they hate there job and the company! Little did they know I could understand what they were saying and when I replied back in the language they were horrified, I’m disgusted how they spoke when customers were in the store. Will never return and I do not recommend!!!

Why do they advertise a 10:30pm closing when they were closed tonight at 10:00pm. Ridiculous I don’t know if night manager is trying to get a paid half an hour but leaving early who ever owns this baskin robins really need to reconsider their workers and work ethic. Not the first time it’s happened either I would honestly just drive to a different baskin robins.

Humiliating experience. Felt judged and embarrassed. She did not know what I was trying to order and would not give it to me. Left feeling stupid for even wanting ice cream.

Paid $8 for this. Crazy small portion. Insulting for selling happiness on the stingy scoops. Looks nothing as advertised pictures.
