I must say the customer service at Baskin-Robbins Ashgrove is amazing, went to buy a cake last minute which they couldn’t make it in time, but I got text from the manager asking how they could help me what my requirements were, and they went over and above to offer me other options, excellent experience

I made an order through Uber Eats. Unfortunately my order ended up being cancelled as there were no drivers available and the store hit closing time. Not accepting defeat, I tried my luck calling the store directly to see if they'd be able to deliver after their shift. Luckily for me they accepted. They declined payment for delivery since I had to wait a very long time for an Uber Eats driver. Thank you for going the extra mile to keep a customer happy.

The quality on ice creams that are popular is better than the slower ones which shows they are happy to keep the old icecream till a customer buy it, I recommend at least fir those icecreams inform customers that you will remove the top layer and will give the fresher icecream to them. maybe if they see this comment they do it but no credit for that as I recommended it. the other issues they have is the prices, only rich people can literary enjoy what they want to buy. the cakes are starting from $41.50 which is the smallest one. I bought a cake and it was $55!!!! bring the price down otherwise the star will stay at 3 just because most of the icecreams are amazing
