Subway

I did give up on this store last year, as their prices were inconsistently high despite the same order each and every time. I have seen many staff members come and go from this store, it was always under staffed. Thankfully that has all changed, the staff are familiar, super friendly, organised and customer focussed, and the long queues have disappeared. Their prices are now in line with correct Subway prices. The guy who runs the store is fantastic, it has made a big difference, he cares about his customers and makes them feel important and well taken care of. It's now a pleasure going back to this store, and my son can order his regular sub without being over charged.

Consistent issues with this Subway, I get some fantastic service along with a good amount of Salads from certain staff but other days I get a mumble and very little salad and cheese put on my subway. If I’m spending $15 on a subway and a drink I expect my subway to be full and just a little more than a mumble would be fantastic.

Waited patiently to be served by the young lady, who was very unaware of how to prioritise the tasks at hand. Very slow at everything. Decided to ask if she knew what a priority was, only to be accosted by her mother who was lurking as a "customer". I'm sorry, but I am the customer, Im entitled to an opinion on the quality and speediness of the service I am paying for. If you need to sit there and babysit your daughter at work, maybe she isn't ready for the real world.
