Katie is amazing. I often come in with a list of between 8-14 items for our office and Katie and crew do an amazing job! They are friendly and courteous throughout as well.

Every Starbucks is different but a lot of places create a great environment, Pennfield on route 441 is the best one I have been too, followed by; Irondequoit, NY, and Mt Hope Avenue, NY route 15? However competitive places have been getting better and providing great coffee at lower prices.... Food is always consistent but prices are ridiculous for the portion size, so that's why I only rated it a 3. Buy a French press from Starbucks for home, with it's protective covering it prevents easy breakage by all glass units from popular brands.... I look at Starbucks as more of a treat.

Incredible store, immediately greeted when I got in.
Employees let me work from the store and when I spilled my drink they were already moving like lightening cleaning up the mess and getting me another drink at no cost. They employees definitely treat you better than an Starbucks I been at.

The coffee is decent. Most of the baked goods are actually certified kosher if you take them in the plastic bags. But the staff are incredible and that’s why we all come here
