Alone we rot, together we ferment! Best Micro-Kombucha brewerey of UK if not of the whole world! Defenitly the one with the best Soul, Heart and Community!

Old Tree Brewery have grown from strength to strength in the time I've known them. Their drinks are exceptionally crafted, with ecologically and ethically sound ingredients, and the ATMOSPHERE they create with their bars is so friendly, fun, accepting and efficient. I've seen them at many festivals, local to Sussex and further afield, and often meet new friends and enjoy new seasonal botanical creations at their bar. I've recommended them to a number of friends, for weddings and bespoke cultural events, all of which have been a big success and well priced considering the attention to detail and sustainability aspects they prioritise. More than just a bar and brewery for hire - they bring such a unique atmosphere and liveliness.

What an amazing find. Walking through Glynde plant hunting we came across the Old Tree Brewery. A visit enabled us to learn more and meet the lovely Tom. Tom was very helpful and explained all about their products and processes used to make the different kombuchas they sell. He was enthusiastic and very friendly, allowing us to sample a few of the drinks. We purchased a variety of products and have been really enjoying them. Upon using them up we’ll be returning for a restock. I highly recommend Old Tree Brewery, and thank Tom for such a welcome. See you again soon.

After looking round the Woodstore we made our way through to the cafe. We ordered two breakfasts and waited, although it was about a 30 mins wait, when it did arrive is was beautiful and very tasty. Worth the wait! Presented beautifully with amazing flavours. A modern twist to a full English. We will return.

Just simply the best kombucha available, made by wonderful folk right in the centre of Brighton. What more could you want! Some of the best drinks I’ve tried in my life have come out of their tiny but super productive brewery!
