Hidden gem just off one of the main streets in Brighton. An amazing selection of teas and cakes served beautifully-feels like a real treat! Warm, friendly service too.

Perfect place to while away a couple of hours with a fantastic tea selection, wonderful scones and Scrabble. Service slow but the scones and sandwiches are worth it.

Small but lovely tea house in Brighton, nice decoration. There is outdoor seating too. Too big afternoon tea set for 2 persons, I think it could share for 4. There is variety of tea.

Miriam is truly wonderful. The food was stunning and the setting was just perfect. This is our 2nd time in brighton and we would have come here a million times before if we had known about this place. We will definitely be back. Thank you miriam Xx

I arranged afternoon tea with a friend. I'd emailed Miriam beforehand as I was after a vegetarian and gluten free option. When we arrived Miriam was lovely, explaining that the sandwiches hadn't been prepared yet (we were early) and let us know what she had planned for the fillings, giving us an option to change if we wished, but all sounded good to me. There is a big range of teas to choose from and all sounded lovely. The sandwiches were good and scones still lovely and warm. The cost was a winner as a lot of afternoon teas in the area are costly for what you get. Perfect afternoon. Thank you!

Gorgeous gluten free afternoon tea, the scones were the best I’ve had with an afternoon tea! Very friendly service. Totally recommend it!

New owner, completely new style. Clean and efficient, replacing 'warm and cosy'. Still the great choice of teas but no longer served loose. The food is home-made. Simple menu. Lovely patio out back. Friendly. I go for the tea and a nice place to relax - especially outside.

A really nice tea room in the converted ground floor of a terraced house - charming in its simplicity. Great selection of teas from various locations
