I am OBSESSED! The location is kind of tricky based on the traffic, and the drive through stinks (smelly) sometimes but besides those two things I am pleased with the quality of food and service!

I've been twice this week (opening week). The food was great, the line moved quickly, and everyone was really nice.
I had a bad order yesterday and called them as soon as I noticed when I got home. I called them and they immediately tried to solve the problem and also had manager talk to me and was very apologetic about the problem . I feel like they went far beyond just the simple fix. I give them 5 stars not just for the food but for customer service. Also would like to note if had a bit more filling in burrito and nachos would be perfect .
Ate here at 5:30pm on a Thursday. Our food was prepared fast and to our liking, the pico and chips were especially good. They offer a large dining area, and a few tables outside. This location has horchata, limeade, and a full complement of drinks. The restaurant was really clean, even the food prep and soda fountain. They have a bathroom on-site, the restaurant is handicapped friendly, and if you have a trailer the Walmart adjacent has plenty of room. Would eat here again.

Great food!! Awesome service!! Very clean dining area. The crew working the dinner hour were courteous and fun to talk to. Special shot out to Gavin!! There is so much pep in his step to get his duties done. When my husband needed help, and everyone else was busy, Gavin dropped what he was doing in the dining room and rushed right over to help him out. Props to the manager who put this team together!!
Celiac Review: Costa Vida is almost always a great place for anyone with Gluten intolerance, and this location is no exception! When I asked for gluten-friendly tacos, they changed gloves and made sure the tin had been untouched by contaminated gloves. The staff was super friendly and their service was spectacular! My steak tacos were delicious!
The staff are super friendly and patient. The food is really good and they're great at customizing the food to your liking. Everything is made fresh and you can definitely tell that a lot of work is put into it. All in all, really great place to eat!
We had the sweet pork burrito and it was fabulous! We recommend the chips and guacamole but the cheese sauce tasted bad. Not sure if it was just a bad batch but it was runny and tasted like fake cheese. Service was great!
Sarah, Scott and Gabby are some of the best most accommodating, hard-working employees I have ever seen at a restaurant they always take care of me and greet me with a smile. I have some weird complicated orders and they are always down to make them as ordered. I never make it easy on them, but they always treat me with fantastic customer experience 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Brigham Costa Vida is the BEST!
My husband and I come in about two times a week and love it.
The food is excellent and the workers are all so efficient and friendly. In fact we like to come in just because we have developed friendships with some of the workers. Seeing them makes our day!

We decided to stop here on our way back from Idaho, as it was the early afternoon and we were hungry.
LOCATION - 5
All things considered, this Costa Vida has a great location along a busy road. My biggest complaint doesn't directly have to do with the business, but the strip mall it is located is deep inside with only one entrance that is a good half mile drive to get to.
PRICE - 4
The price is where things get tricky, granted the prices are reasonable, what is not reasonable is the understanding of the daily specials by both parties. My wife requested a Saturday special, even though clearly it is not Monday, it was said for simplicity of the want a shredded beef burrito. While we understand that there is a difference of price, the lady at the registered continued to declare we'd not be getting the "Saturday Special", we understand we weren't getting the price, but we were getting the burrito. She made it over-the-top complicated, we got frustrated, she got frustrated, it wasn't a good fit.
PRODUCTS/SERVICES - 3
I ordered the Mango Chicken Salad, as it was a special, and while it did taste good, I was bothered by how spicy it was for my over-the-top weak tastebuds. I did ask how spicy it was, and was reassured it wasn't spicy. Needless to say, I've learned my lesson: People with the love of Mexican food will never find anything spicy that is spicy for me.

Once again, not a real good experience with the employees. The lady at the register really left us with a negative outlook at this Brigham City location.
We love this Costa Vida. This is one of the only places left that we feel like we can go that you can guarantee the quality of the food is always good and the service is always consistent. The staff is awesome and always does the very best at making sure we get exactly what we want and that the food is good. The place is always clean. Keep up the good work!
Unfortunately I did get charged 50 cents extra for the creamy cilantro sauce. But it sure did taste good!
I also think it's a little strange that Costa Vida is advertising their meat as a protein. Vegetables also have protein in them. This is a bit left-sided
There was not a long line, but there was a long wait inside because workers in the drive thru needed the help. There's one lady with a tattoo by her ear who does a great job! Now to the most important part.. My sweet pork burrito enchilada sauce and cheese on top... was very good. Here is a picture of this beauty!
Excellent, was greeted at the door! Conner let us both in and out. Very clean, food's always great! Was asked if needed anything during our meal and given mints. Excellent location.
