This place is amazing! The food was incredible! Didn't have to wait long for our food to come and the enchiladas I ordered just melted in my mouth they were so delicious! It was a delicious meal! They definitely have my business in the future! Very nice feel to it. I always love these family run Mexican restaurants! <3

Ricardo's Restaurant. Love this place. This is not "fast food" and not overly spiced. Quality ~ delicious. It is decorated to the "nines" to add to the pleasure of the experience. The salsa is wonderful! It is also nice to support a family owned business.
Good food. I love there food but the man who is the owner is a jerk, the food is spiced perfect and taste great so well worth it to order out soda refills cost so it cheaper to take it home.
First time here for my wife and I. I got to tell you, it's probably got some of the best Mexican food we have ever had. They're cheese enchiladas are out of this world. And our waitress was so kind and helpful and funny. It was a delightful evening. We will definitely be returning.
We got takeout from Ricardo's tonight for the first time. I wish we would have been to this place sooner. This is going to be a family favorite I am sure of it. My chimichanga was perfect and my wife loved her cheese enchiladas. I ordered inside and the staff was very kind and courteous and got me my order quickly even though I could tell the place was slammed. We will definitely be back. I am excited to dine in and try it there. I'm sure it will be even better. The price seemed reasonable and the portion sizes were generous.
We chose Ricardo's delicious food for my daughter's wedding luncheon. Food for 65 people was hot and ready for pickup, even in the midst of their 30 year celebration that day. We had many compliments on the meal. Everything tasted so good, just like we knew it would. I would highly recommend them for a big event or a date night. PS.... the salsa is HOT haha.
this restaurant was so good! the prices are fair and the food is delicious. i love the whole atmosphere of the place, and the staff was super sweet. i got chicken enchiladas and they were some of the best enchiladas i’ve had in a while. i’ll definitely be back here!
The food was amazing! The carrot cake was outstanding. The salsa was so fresh. All around, the best meal I’ve had at a Mexican restaurant. I wished I lived closer…we’d be regulars if we did!
The beef fajitas were hands down the best I’ve ever hand. The pork inside the enchiladas was flavorful. The desserts were really good too! Great service and food. We definitely recommend Ricardo’s!

They not shy on there portions and the amount of cheese they put is amazing! The service matches the food, Vivi and co, are incredible! P.S. you have to try the carrot cake, it falls apart in your mouth!
What a wonderfully quaint little restaurant. Beautifully and authentically decorated. The service was kind and prompt and the atmosphere was warm and pleasant. They have a good selection of Mexican dishes that are made to order. This means that the food takes a little longer to get to your table but it's hot and fresh. I've eaten at others that keep the food on warmers, sure it's faster if you like dried out old beans and tortilla shells that taste like cardboard. This place is way better then that. I had the enchilada plate with an Apple Beer to drink. It was a delight. If you want real authentic and delicious Mexican dishes then Ricardo's has it down.
The hospitality and customer service is outstanding. Staff was very welcoming, accommodating. Our particular server, was so just top tier, took great care of us. Felt like home. Highly recommend!
I came in just to get food on the go for my wife. I said no thanks to water and chips a couple times, but they insisted and brought me chips, salsa and water anyways. They came out with my wife's food that I would deliver to her and I enjoyed the chips and salsa after all. I recommend this restaurant because the staff will take care of you whether you want it or not haha! Thanks Ricardo's! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered some takeout during their anniversary month and I got to listen to a talented musician while I waited! The salsa here is my favorite in Brigham, and the food is always delicious!

The people/service here are awesome, and they aim to please. The orders are up quickly. Orders to go are prepared and packaged with care. Chips and fresh salsa come with to go orders as well as dine in! Oh, and don't forget the dreamy carrot cake!

They were very busy on this Friday night thus the service was a bit slow. The food was great though once we got it. Check out was also problematic since we had to go to the register to pay instead of having the bill brought to us.
