No joke - one of the best places I've ever eaten. The eggplant parmesan was aflippingmazing, and the tiriamsu and espresso were absolutely delicious. (My fiancée had wings and a steak hoagie, and even they were worth smiling over! So good!)
We were able to speak with Andre himself, and man, he took the time to answer our questions with grace even though the place was busy.
Our server was lovely, the food was top notch, and it was by far the most enjoyable dining experience we've had on Brigantine. We spent far more money at many other restaurants for far, far less enjoyment. Andre's - can't say enough how much we liked it.
Great place to have a delicious meal and spirits. The entire staff is very pleasant and great to deal with. Very comfortable place and the owner Andre is out talking to the customers when he gets a chance to get out from the kitchen. I rate it 5 stars , would have given it 10 if I could .....

This past weekend we where in Brigantine New Jersey .
It's a beach town by the water .
It's very nice area and the people who live and work there are friendly . It's over the bridge from Atlantic City .
Andres Wine & Bar restaurant is a good place to have a meal .
You can have anything from a slice of pizza. To what ever is on there menu .
We both had veal parmesan .
My girlfriend had a glass of wine
I had a beer . The food was Very good . Couldn't ask for anything better . For desert we had a peace of Chocolate cake .
Owe waitresses was very nice .
In the future we will be visiting Brigantine again .
And going back to Andre's
restaurant .
The food was very good. But we wanted to sit and take our time. But that wasn't happening with the waitress. Grilled artichoke s were not cooked enough,
Tonight was our first visit to Andres despite frequenting the island for the last seven years. Food was on point and portions were plentiful. Patrick was our server, he was awesome. Very attentive and helpful with menu items. Not a deal breaker but some Italian dinner music would have been the icing on the the cannoli, which was quite delicious too.... Definitely would recommend and we will definitely return.

Family style restaurant. Saw what appears to be many regular customers as they greeted each other and shared stories. Even passed their babies around 😆
We stood out being the only non white customers, not that this prevented us from enjoying our meals. We were stared at a lot. But great service. Very busy dinner time from 4p on.
We love Andres. The food is really good and the servers are always really nice. Sometimes service is a bit slow but it’s usually when they’re super busy so we don’t mind. We love sitting outside to eat. They have great espresso martinis too :)
We come to Brigantine yearly. Andre’s is a lovely restaurant & wine bar. We were there the week of Oct.13-20. We stopped in Sunday the 15th for drinks and their delicious mussels. Which by the way are the best. But was disappointed we went to eat there on Monday the 16th and no one was there. The place was closed but supposedly they should have opened at 4 pm. When we got there it was closed. We tried again Tuesday- Thursday also closed. No signs stating closed for the week. We left back home disappointed that we couldn’t have dinner there due to the fact they were closed. Andre’s and staff should have placed a sign stating closed for the week on the doors. We will try again next year since we stay at La Sammana yearly.
I celebrated my birthday at Andre's. I was excited to try their spaghetti and clams. I never thought the clams would be from the can. The server quickly changed the order for me and I was completely satisfied.
We ordered pizza for take out and it was great! The gluten free pizza was delicious, one of the best I’ve had. The pizza is thin crust with just right amount of sauce and cheese.
