Review Mcdonald's - Bridgman

The staff has always been very friendly. My beloved Black Lab Bella would beg me to take her daily to get her pup cup. She passed this summer. The friendliest folks in the state of Michigan. Bella loved her friend Diane who manages the restaurant.

All five of these stars go DIRECTLY to the amazing woman that helps wait on tables. She is an amazing woman that is super kind. I've never had a fast food experience where someone came up to me and asked if they could get me anything. She was so adorable and kind. Give that woman some credit or something. She is amazing.

Sometimes it's hit or miss with this McDonald's. We eat here more than any other due to my daughter's family living here. Sometimes the service and food is great and other times not so great. 😉

AMBIENCE & CLEANLINESS 👍 Cleaning was and saw one staff walking around and making sure constantly cleaned LOCATION 👍 Near to highway 94 and easy access QUALITY OF THE FOOD- 👍 we ordered chicken sandwich , smoothie. It's came out ok. SERVICE👍 Staff shortage looks challenge but food came out quick. Pretty much self service and service overall not bad VALUE for MONEY👍 Bit pricey breakfast and expected $15+ easily per person.

There is no McDonald's on planet earth that deserves a 5 star rating for service, but Sally at this location changes all that! Who is Sally, well she works the dining room and personally greets every single customer. Imagine your sweet grandmother works at McDonald's and that's what Sally is like. A true gem.

Nice and clean inside. Easy to get to in and out from the highway. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we made the wrong order they were able to fix our mistake. Definitely plan to make this a regular stop on our travels. Enjoy!

I ordered breakfast, they brought it quickly, the food is of high quality, the employees are polite. I recommend.

Just need to say this is a great McDonald's they are on their game. Especially the lady in the photos! We received better service from her at that McDonald's then we do at some restaurants! Way to go keep up the good work!

This is the BEST Mcdonald’s I’ve been. So quick. Walk in, order, 90 seconds later, walking back to my vehicle. Keep up the good work. You guys Rock!!

The people working here are so fast, pleasant and helpful. We have seen the drive thru full up and empty out at least 4x since we've been here, plus all the indoor traffic. They are on it and even have time to help the customers next to us out trying to locate somewhat they are heading. My food was a custom order and they got it right on the first try! I don't think I've ever gotten that lucky lol! All of the employees are so nice, friendly and helpful and they look like they make a very good team. They seem to work very well together and help each other too. Great food, great service!!

We waited forever in the drive thru which I can forgive especially since they were busy but when we got our food my Quarter Punder was RAW! Couldn’t even eat it!

First off if a customer only has a large bill to tell them you can't take it is stupid. Then to top it off it took longer than it should have for it being so slow. The icing on the cake was the fries smelled raw and tasted how they looked. Nothing like eating a raw potato!

They never give you all of your food Ever the Service sucks at night

My husband and I Just stopped in here this afternoon. There was one other person in line in front of us, we only ordered a couple things. We waited 20 mins to get our food, but that is not what has me so upset with my visit. During our 20 min wait we repeatedly witnessed one of the employees who I assume was training another employee, a young girl, belittle and holler at her. This girl obviously did not know her job duties, as she was training and if she did something wrong she was hollered at and made to look stupid in front of customers. Everytime she had a question u could tell she was scared to ask, Because as I witnessed when she did she was talked down to like she was dumb for asking. Not to mention, this was all done in front of customers!! As soon as i had the chance, I let this girl know that i thought she was doing a great job, and I made sure to say it loud enough for the employee who was training her to hear and as luck would have it, the employee doing all the hollering had the pleasure of giving me my food. I took the food and let her know she should probably treat her employees kinder and with some respect. The whole time this was happening the manager, an older lady with fuzzy hair and glasses, long finger nails with a berry colored polish, did nothing to step in and stop it. Needless to say I will never take my business there again, and both Manager and the employee doing the training need to lose their jobs!!!

I was on a long road trip and stopped off at this McDonald’s. Service was great and the employees were friendly!

After 12 years of using this as one of our family's usual stops on trips between Michigan and Illinois, I will no longer enter this facility. We were treated extremely rudely when we arrived very shortly before closing on Sunday, May 1st. I have looked for information on how to contact someone in authority- perhaps this will be a start.

Disgusting.... Seriously.. two mcdoubles completely burnt.. how do you burn the meat when the clam is on a timer... And please don't try telling me that's just how they are... I worked for mcds for over a year... Those were BURNT

Callin Corporate!!!! So went to get dinner for my fiance' and i the other night and ordered 4 Mcdoubles with extra onion & extra pickles. Got home to eat and had nasty mustard over flowing the paper... It was gross and i threw it out. Called to get it fixed and no answer. To much gas and time to go directly out at that time of night. The next day when i went and paid for another order and was telling the manager what happened, she stated the next time i come in she will fix it. About a week later, i came in and odered (paid for) food. And requested that the food to be replaced. I was told no. That i was lying.. Wtf!! Are you serious right now. Customer Service at its highest!! Smh

The world needs more Rogers. Thank you for making my day.

They dont accept coupons from the app but they have the scanners

Being this is one of the closest McDonald's to me and one of the cheaper places to eat on the go, I have visited often. I'm not sure how many times they have ever gotten my order right, but I can tell you it's over 10 times of getting it wrong (and yes, I go inside to order - I speak slowly and order slowly). I'm extremely disappointed in the service here and filling out the online surveys are a joke. I have asked for someone to get back with me several times and still nothing.

Just sat in the drive-thru for at least ten minutes (with only two vehicles ahead of me). Got home and went to eat my burger, and of course it was wrong. HOW HARD IS IT TO NOT PUT CHEESE ON SOMETHING?!
