The food at Charleys Philly Steaks are really good! The staff at this location was pleasant and it was well set up for COVID. The entire staff wore gloves and it appeared very well maintained and clean. We ordered the chicken cheese steak with cheese fries. The portion is pretty good and the taste is excellent! It's a great combo meal to have while at Btidgewater Commons. I highly recommend trying the chicken cheese steak, you won't be disappointed.

Come here for years and more often in the pandemic between meetings for lunch. Always fast and courteous service never really had an issue with my order. In and out quickly the staff are always friendly.

For a food court establishment- I have been pleasantly surprised. French fries are always hot, fresh, and crispy. They could definitely put more meat on the bun- but the selection of cheeses is good and the buns are always fresh and soft. I will be back.

Good food with 2 issues: my change was shorted by the change machine— the lady was kind enough to fix this issue after a minute or so. When we got to our seats, our large Tavern Philly was missing the mushrooms and we considered it a hassle to bring this up, since their line was long. A bit pricy for a large lunch combo at $12. We’d consider coming again but recommend to everyone to check their change and order before walking away.

Been to several Charley's and this is one of my favorites. The quality of food honestly is not great compared to other cheesesteak places, but it's a great grab n go option when in the local mall.

I personally didn't order anything for myself, but my daughter, being the creature of habit she is, didn't want to eat anywhere else. The staff weren't as pleasant as some of the other booths, although come to think of it, none of the shops in the good court had pleasant staff. She had her sandwich and said it was good do I'll take her word for it.

Ordered through Ubereats and it took more than hour to receive the food. Sandewiches however were tasty as usual.
