I had a great lunch at Hardees today. Natalie really made sure we understood the menu and difference in the options. The manager Tiff was out on her break and you could really see the connection she has with her employees making it a great place to work!
I went through the drive through around 10 AM, near the end of them serving breakfast. The service was fantastic and speedy, both of my sandwiches were made correct and they were great, though the chicken could’ve been fresher and hotter. Thank y’all for another great breakfast experience! Harold, Dylan, Tyreke and Chrystal were the ones there from what I know, great job y’all!

Was in drive thru for 20 mins. Waiting on an order that was wiped off screen. Poor service and poor work ethics...whoops there goes the 8th car behind us, that's been served.
Best ever been, everything hot. Delicious burgers and fries. Glad to see a Hardee's my favorite fast food and ours are closing in Carteret County and was glad to find this one. Very good service.
Pretty descent experience. Food was as expected as well. Small town feel with the old timers in the lobby drinking coffee and chatting. The service was quick as well. My visit was 7am on a Saturday
The food was wonderful however the staff couldn't agree on the serving time for lunch. I'm saddened by the experience December 4th. After placing orders for two meals and one extra burger, I waited fifteen minutes and watched two other people order and receive their orders before mine was ready! The staff just didn't seem to care.
Y'all this Hardees is the bomb! I pull up ALL the time 5 minutes before they close (due to my work scheduling). They have never tried to be shady and cut the lights off or have ever turned me away! They always take my order kindly and they never disappoint. My food is always fresh and they drop me new onion rings every time! This is my favorite location by far. Thank you for awesome service ♡
