Recently got a job near this location and went here for lunch for the first time. Ordered a sandwich that ended up being made incorrectly. I called as soon as I realized it and spoke to the manager, Tiffany. She made me a new sandwich and when I arrived 3 minutes later it was ready for me.

Staff is always fast and friendly. Food is always ready when I order online or is quickly and deliciously made when I go inside. Well ran Jimmy John's for sure! Have not had a bad experience yet!
The service here is fast and friendly. The sandwiches are not fancy, but good. Since this Jimmy John's is located in an industrial area, they have short hours. Most businesses, in the area, close around 5 pm so there is not many people left around, once the businesses close.

I normally have an excellent experience with this Jimmy John's. The one time I didn't, Steve the GM called me to fix it and he was great! I'm very happy with my experience with this JJ.
I have not been to a bad Jimmy John's yet. This place was excellent. I only wish it was there when I worked in that area
Great staff, great management. Will always correct any mistakes in your orders. Lunch rush makes delays but that's to be expected.
