Nice N Fresh Bakery

The staff was extremely pleasant. I'm writing this not to bash but maybe help improve a product. I purchased the emoji cookies. They looked delicious. However, that was not my experience. The frosting was like eating plastic and the cookie itself had no distinct flavor. It was like eating a box. The rest of my purchase was delicious as usual. Please don't take this as an insult but rather a heads up. Thank you

Well I am sad to report that after nearly 20 yrs of going to Nice & Fresh bakery they have severely disappointed me! I order 100 cupcakes eleven days prior to the event. The first call from the staff a day later asked if I wanted designs? I told her no, just plain white frosting, then 5 days later they called stating that they didn't have a cake tray big enough, so I went to Michael's to buy boards big enough! I then arrive to the bakery and had to explain to the staff the best way to place the cupcakes so that they looks the way I requested.. I gave them the date It was supposed to be ready in my original order, we go to pick it up and what do you know it's not ready!! My friend went to pick up her cake and when she asked when will it be ready the young lady shrugged her shoulders??! I can't begin to explain why this turned out so horribly but all I can say to any potential customer please be mindful to get names /dates of folks you speak to for the purpose of accountability and quality! Maybe they'll this to make the necessary adjustments or.... maybe they won't!

Brought a rum cake today for my mother’s birthday, and it was the worst cake we have ever gotten. It was PURE rum couldn’t even give a slice to the children and when we called it in no remorse. This is the first and last time we buy anything from Nice and Fresh. Next time it’ll definitely be Del Prete’s

It took them about 15 minutes to complete the bagel. Which seemed a little long. We asked for cream cheese and they only put a very little. Extremely unsatisfied by this bagel. It seemed like the person behind the counter was new so I would give them another shot. It looked really good when I walked in, but was very disappointed for my first experience at this bakery.

Placed an order 3 days in advance for Xmas ordered a stuffed bread told them i would be there between six and seven. Went to pick up my order at7:15 needless to say my order wasn’t ready the said hour I called before i went they said 15 minutes went back at about 8 still wasn’t ready. They said another 1/2 hour got my money back and left. The staff is rude. This is Christmas you would have thought they would have planned better. I have been going there for years and found they they are going way down hill. Now i know better. Very slow and unorganized. Worst experience on Christmas Day
