They seem like nice people and courteous .But I believe they are missing out on a lot of business, because they don't use available space for prepared or home made dishes.Like more salads and side dishes.Or meatballs ,chicken or eggplant parmesan or chicken wings and the like.

I was a frequent customer until they mismanaged my pick up order. Forgetting that I picked up and paid for my sandwich, they added me to a questionable caller list. When trying to clarify the situation, they gave me attitude on the phone. Very poor service.
