If I could give them 10 stars I would. This review is limited to their sushi boat. It's AMAZING. That's the only thing my family gets. Well, we get two boats, 'cause one is perfect for two, but not for four. The salad and dressing are a nice touch. Seriously good food here.

This restaurant is an absolute favorite of mine in Brewer. The owner is almost always there making the sushi himself and greeting people with a pleasantness that makes you feel like you've come home for a dinner. We had a great time at Yoshi tonight! They have by far the best sushi in the area!! The service was super helpful and the atmosphere was enjoyable. This place is our new favorite sushi spot! :)

The sushi chef did an absolutely spectacular job. Savannah was a delightful server and worked with me to make sure I would stay away from any allergens. This is absolutely the best sushi in the area!

As others have mentioned, the wait times (even once seated) can be on the unreasonable side, but the food is absolutely delicious. Recommend getting anything from the sushi bar as that's clearly where their expertise lies, but the normal entrees are still great.
