Most often the food is warm and fresh. My green beans were a little cool tonight, but they do have a stir fry chef on the side which makes food to order. My husband also mentioned the sushi as acceptable. They have a good variety of desserts as well

I really like this buffet, Ichiban has So many tasty finger foods to choose from . Their hot tea is amazing. Love it.

Not picky, been to several buffets. This one is your typical Chinese buffet. Friendly service, we even received a few discounts from them. This isn't no top of the line buffet, but good food selection.

Now called Ichiban. Great Food, extensive selection, large dining area, friendly servers at nominal prices. I eat there alot.

My son and I found this buffet one day, didn't even know it was there. It was amazing, more choices than we're used to for chinese buffet including a FULL sushi bar. We stuffed ourselves and yet didn't feel glutted out for doing so LOL... it was a satisfying full so to speak. Everything was fresh and tasty and we're looking forward to going back.

Good food, service. Crab legs are extra but worth it. I don't like the dirty fish aquarium though.
