Wow... SO GLAD they are here! This restaurant is new (located where the old SeaLand used to be just out of town). This is one of the top places to eat in Brenham, no doubt. Clean, new, excellent staff, and the food is so good. The bread rolls to start are paired with a whipped honey butter - delicious! I had a Caesar salad, Coconut Shrimp, and green beans. Everything was perfect and they give you a ton of food. My mom had the rib eye steak sandwich and it was out of this world. The french fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They also have a nice salad bar! So happy we finally have a great option for great food at an affordable price in Brenham. Also, to anyone complaining about the price, seriously? Yall must be the people of WalMart, go back there and buy some Ramen. This is cheap for good food. Get a grip. Wow. Same prices here as KBobs , a million times better!!

Took my mom here for dinner and we loved it. The waitress was very polite and attentive. My mother ordered the cowboy steak medium rare and it came out fantastic. The portions are big we couldn't finish our dinner. Would definitely be recommending to our friends.

On a family trip we stopped after reading the reviews, very disappointing. The place was practically a ghost town. The manager/owner seemed very friendly but most of the other staff seemed rather bored. The complimentary bread was about the best part of the meal. The food all looked really great but the shrimp in the appetizer tasted overly fishy, the steaks in the meal were overcooked and under seasoned and the steak sandwich I got tasted like grease more than it did the chipotle mayo that was supposed to be on it. The salad bar was okay but was not anything major

They have done a very good job remodeling. Decor is appealing and comfortable. It was slow when we went but service was great. Food was very good... I had NY Strip, cooked perfect... My wife had Grilled Redfish w/shrimp sauce over dirty rice, also very good. Salad bar was excellent, all very fresh, lettuce was NOT out of a bag. All in all great meal, tipped well. We will return.

Outstanding service and delicious food served promptly. Wood grilled steak was done to my liking, juicy and tender. Stuffed jalapeños were whole and stuffed with a whole shrimp. I feel the meal was worth the money and my server was attentive. Will definitely be back.

Good parking. Cozy. Lovely decor w/historical photos of Washington County gracing the walls. Front area has cozy semi-circle chairs at round tables. Back area is for larger parties (regular chairs). Full bar. All-You-Can-Eat Buffet includes salad bar (including fruit like berries, pineapples, grapes); at least 2 different types of meat (steak; spinach chicken) + shrimp & dipping sauces, veggies & dessert all for under $15. (I am not sure if the buffet menu changes or not). Lovely, hefty silverware/steak knife. Flat screen TVs. Friendly and attentive wait staff. I had the pleasure of meeting the friendly owner. I like that I was told that if I ordered steak "well done" that I would get it well done and not get any odd/frosty glares/stares.😊 I look forward to my next visit.

First and lasr. Thought we would give them a try for New Year’s Eve. We both ordered rib eye steaks. Very thin and cold. The pat of butter they put on the steak did not even melt! And the service was certainly lacking. I didn’t bother to even eat the baked potato! The Cesar salad was very good, so at least there was that!!! Really disappointed. Expected more from the owners of Los Cabos.

The only thing keeping it from being a total bust of an experience is the service was exceptional. Chicken tortilla soup was flavorless, except for when you occasionally hit a fresh jalapeno. Chicken fried steak and ribeye tacos were also bland. Mini bread loaves were tasty. Pricing is on the expensive side, especially since the food was not great. All that said, I will give them another try down the line, once they have a little more time under their belt, as they are the same family that owns Los Cabos and it is one of our family favorites. My hope is that on my return, I will be able to update this to be more favorable.
