Little Caesars

I have been to this location many times. Unfortunately it has not been a pleasant experience thus far. I recently moved to Bremeton and loved the Little Caesars from my hometown. It was always a friendly and quick trip in and out. This Store location never seems to have hot and ready pizza's made and ready when a customer walks in expecting ti walk out in a timely fashion. It also takes about 19 minutes before any of the employees acknowledge your presence at the front counter in an empty lobby. After paying is when you are notified of a wait, not before. If you ask for condiments, you are also not uniformed of an extra charge until it is rung up. Overall, I would not give any stars if is was not a requirement to leave a review. I am not expecting 5 star done in quality, just a little effort that I exist as a customer and not a burden.

The other day my mom and I called the East Bremerton Little Caesars to place an order so it would be ready by the time we got there from Silverdale. When we called, we were immediately asked to be put on hold. We said yes believing we would be helped shortly. The girl put the phone down on the counter. (We could hear everything going on in the store.) While we were waiting, the girl helped 5 people in the store. It took us 15 minutes to drive to the store, and we were still on hold when we parked in the parking lot. When we walked into the store, my mother told the girl that she could go ahead and hang up the phone. The girl looked down at the phone having completely forgotten that we were on hold. Since we had waited so long, we were not in the mood to hear bs apologies. This was completely unacceptable! We will be ordering our pizza from their competitor from now on!

Hot and ready is not real. I ve been to this place a number of times and there is never anything "hot and ready". Walked in today waited for guy to get off the phone to be told "I have to put some pizzas in" as he walked away without taking my order. If any business needs the pandemic to cause them to wake up. This one does. Find another pizza spot.
