Pizza Hut

I placed my order online before the store opened to be delivered at Noon. I received a phone call later asking me to provide my card info again as there was a system crash and the payment could not be processed. They confirmed the order specifics including the delivery time. At this point all is good. At 5 minutes after Noon I called to ask about the status of the order and was told "it would be out of the oven in a few minutes". I asked what time the order would be delivered - again reminding the person the order was to be delivered AT Noon. That person said another 15 minutes or so. When I said 20-25 minutes after the specified delivery time was acceptable, I was put on hold and another person came on the line. That person said the order was headed out the door (by now this is 10 minutes after Noon) and would be there in 5 minutes. The order did not arrive until 25 minutes after Noon. At no point did anyone apologize and instead, the driver that dropped off the food told me the order was for 12:15. On top of all that, at no point did the store do ANYTHING to make the situation "right".
