Was very pleased!! Bagels were SUPER delicious!! The Smokehouse Brisket is a must try. But what stood out was the OUTSTANDING customer service! I felt like I was getting food from a 5 star restaurant with how professional, curteous and polite the staff was!! Can't wait to go back! I went to the one in Brecksville btw. Highly highly recommend!!!
Amanda is the manager and she has an amazing crew. During my travels I like to visit Bruegger's Bagels in various different states. This experience was by far the most amazing. My wife and I were visiting her parents for two days in Cleveland and we decided to stop off and buy something for ourselves and take something home for our kids. We shared our stories with Amanda and just our experiences. Something resonated with her and she decided to show an act of kindness that completely blew us away. She paid for our entire bill! I can't wait to go back to this place whenever I visit Cleveland and I recommend that anyone who is visiting the Cleveland area should stop by and say hello to Amanda, Andrew, Alexa and Mo.
This business is obviously struggling with getting new employees. The girls we interacted with did a very good job given the busy situation they were in and should be applauded. I hope they see this because they did great working with literally a 13 person customer line with more people walking in by the moment. The food is exactly what I expect from a brueggers chain so nothing really to praise or bash there. The employees of this place are fantastic though.
Went in this morning for my western bagel sandwich...always made great and all ingredients always very fresh!
The fun thing was, the gentleman in front of the couple in front of me paid for their food....then they paid for mine...and of course, I paid for the couple behind me!
Thank you to the gentleman that started the "pay it forward" chain! We all had smiles and left with a great feeling! Anyone else....hop on board whenever and wherever you are! God Bless America! Happy 4th of July weekend!
These bagels are soft and chewy as bagels ought to be. Love their variety of breakfast sandwiches. Their service is always warm and friendly!
