Absinthe Bar

Loved this place! What a find in little ol' Breck! Small and dark with great music and lovely atmosphere. Combination of cocktails, beers and of course Absinthe! Not sure if food was served but we didn't order any. Location was great too, right in the middle of the town and near all the main restaurants and hotels/hostels etc.

The point of the absinthe here is it's not just a drink, it's a whole experience. Our server Hadley was amazing and very entertaining. She gave us expert guidance on which drinks to try. I always had it in my head that Absinthe was supposed to taste bad but it tasted really good here. If you're looking for a traditional bar this is not the place, this is for people who can appreciate a high quality liquor to its full extent. The only people I see complain about this place and its prices are those that don't know what they're doing here.

We swore we come try absinthe after a dnd session gone awry where our tank got messed up on absinthe and almost died. The atmosphere is just incredible. You feel like you are walking in to somewhere to just get spirited away by spirits. Hadley did an amazing job bringing us a surprise shot and our glasses of beetle. She introduced us to "Timothy" before pouring our drinks and doing the apothecary level set up to prepare our drinks. It's an incredible experience. Incredible flavor. 10/10 will return again.

Hit the couches on a late Sunday afternoon and let Ian hook you up throughout the eve. If he has time to take, he will take it with you. Extremely knowledgeable of the wide variety of Absinthe available from all around the world. His drink presentation was incredible. His pours were perfect. The venue is super chill and had great music.
