Perfect birthday dinner! Our server Angie was extremely attentive & made excellent recommendations. My boyfriend tried elk for the first time, cooked to perfection it was very tender. The bison short rib was to die for. Drinks were great for happy hour! Next time we are in Breckenridge we will definitely be back. Definitely recommend making a reservation. Thanks Hearthstone & Angie for a great experience.

This was easily the best meal I’ve experienced in Breckenridge over the last decade. Our server, Kyle, was very attentive and gave incredible recommendations. I can’t say enough good things about the octopus, elk, duck and Brussels sprouts. The only thing I would do differently is to consider the lamb and stay for dessert.

First off, thank you so very much for squeezing us in last minute. We were not disappointed. From start to finish everything was exquisite! Our server Angie did a wonderful job of navigating our dietary restrictions and her recommendations were phenomenal! I could not recommend a better place to enjoy a fine dining experience!

We heard about Hearthstone while on a dogsledding excursion. It turns out this high end restaurant in a beautiful old Victorian home with amazing food also has a heart of gold. They donate “soup” to the hard working sled dogs at Good Times Adventures. After hearing this, my husband and I made it our mission to secure a coveted reservation for dinner before the end of our trip. We were not disappointed! We ordered the blackberry elk and bison short rib and both were amazing! Our server was personable, knowledgeable and very attentive. The whole experience was simply perfect!

We had the absolute best experience here! Our waitress was incredible and so accommodating and great with recommendations. We got the mussels, lamb and crème brûlée for dessert and I’d get them all again. This restaurant is in a historic home in the area and has beautiful decor and details. Such an amazing restaurant and I’ll return on our next time in town!

We were celebrating our honeymoon and found Heartstone as a highly rated restaurant in the area so we decided to check it out for our last meal. The elk and steak were phenomenal. The service was wonderful. The sticky toffee pudding melted in your mouth. I can't wait for our next trip so we can go back.
