My favorite place for cheaper Chinese food. They have a family meal that is reasonably priced.
Their food is also good standard Chinese food that won't blow you away, but it has never ever disappointed either.
It is just East of Target. In front of the fitness center.
Parking can be a hassle, but I've taken to parking is the structure under Target. Is that even allowed? 😉
