My dealing with this store is not good. Asked for a receipt and was told sale didnt go through. I cancelled my order. All I wanted was proof of purchase. Now on my end Im charged. Employee says they cant do anything till Monday. Hum Male employee told me I could be lying. All because they could not

I usually go in and order and it's good but yesterday I ordered in the app and I ordered and paid for extra cheese. I got our sandwiches and there was no cheese AT ALL on either one of the subs. and they were really simple. like mine was just turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, salt, pepper, sauce. How
Workers were friendly and allowed us to put two tables together since we had so many people, even though the covid restrictions were on every other table. They were patient and accomodating even though we had two kids and a disabled person with us. Food was good, service was fast.
As if the wait time wasn't long enough, the prices skyrocket and the number of meatballs seems to have changed from 8 to 7, on a foot long....
I'm done, I won't be spending my oney there.
Employees have improved on making the protein bowls. My last visits have been very inconsistent on making them. Glad to see these improvements!
