Ninja Steak & Sushi - Braselton - Photo album

Service was excellent. Restaurant was well staffed and served our food quickly. We were a party of 3 and had chicken and steak. The chicken was okay. The steak was more like stew meat. Fried rice was bland. Overall food quality similar to below mall stands. Very over priced in my opinion. Ov
The vibe was nice at this place as well as the drinks. The food did not meet the price. I ordered vegetable fried rice, with my Steak, Shrimp, and Lobster. Another family beside us for the hibachi experience wanted bacon in their rice so we all got bacon, including the other family who was seated ne
Food was good and so was the service. Apparently they only had 3 servers the night we were there. Our server kept apologizing for "the wait," but there really wasn't a wait. It was good all around. Service was great 1 star for that, the atmosphere was good 1 star for that, sushi was good I got basic spicy tuna and godzilla roll 1 star for that and the hibachi was good I got steak and chicken 1 star for that. But the rice tasted like strong oil. Overall good place.
Food and chef was great. The waiter was rude and a jerk. Not a good thing when he was our first impression.

Food was okay, but we ate off the menu (not hibachi tables) and food quality was much much less. Salads were soggy and food was lukewarm at best. We were in a hurry or would have sent it back.
I hate writing bad reviews but after this experience I’ll be requesting a refund. Especially after spending $45 (w/ tip) on take out for one meal and an appetizer. (Service) Waited in the lobby for at least 10 minutes holding my 6 month old in a car seat before a staff member even acknowledged me.
