We had a 3 king bedroom/3 bath condo with a lake view. The condo was gorgeous and the beds were comfortable. The check-in process was quick and painless. Same with check-out. There were views of the lake from the balcony and sun room and we truly enjoyed our stay. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Branson.

Easily the best place in Branson to stay. The cabin we were in was beautiful, spacious and amazing. Two blocks off the main strip but looked and felt like being secluded in nature. Andy at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful with every question we had.

We rented one of their condos/cabins for a week. Amazing place. The inside was super clean, the location is quiet and easily accessible to Branson. Would recommend this place to anyone! They also have an indoor pool located down the road, which my kids have spent many hours in! Was nothing fancy, but kids and water go hand in hand.

We have stayed at many cabins for our anniversary trips and this was our 24th anniversary. The cabin had good things going for it and bad things. Location was great, the indoor pool was great, jetted tub and shower very nice, it was clean and ready for us. The bad: very drafty, heater running all the time to stay at 72 degrees, without the fireplace we would have froze and the coffee was terrible. We did not feel safe with the front door lock; no dead bolt, just the electric lock that everyone (staff) knew how to get in. We put a chair in front of the door to feel more secure. The balcony door in the sky even had 2 locks. And the worst thing is the mice/rodents in the walls/floor by the bed. They offered to change us to another room but it was too much work to move for 1 night so we cuddled together to try to ignore the noise. Honestly, the rodent will get in if they dont get it under control and the front office did not seem to take our caution to heart. A discount on the price we already paid would have been nice or better a free night elsewhere to get the sleep we missed out on. We won't stay here again for our anniversary.

I don't normally do this...... BUT .... you should know, our suite was 30 years behind the times, tiny 30 year old TV (no HD), you could feel the springs through the mattress top, shower water pressure was worse than our RV trailer - limited hot water, and old carpet. It was proximal to everything we wanted to do, that's about the only thing i would say it had going for it. (ps - if you are a golfer and love narrow fairways, losing balls, over priced green fees, and par 3's then golf at the resort golf course)

We were told we were booking a full-size condo Thousand Hills Resort with one king bed and a full kitchen. When we got here there is a full king bed and a spa tub in the bedroom which jet filter was full of people's hair. There was only one coffee cup and the towels smelled horrible. They stuck Us in this place called Tuscany which is disgusting and they should be selling it as a king sweet motel room not as a full condo because it's not. I'm not sure if they understand that there is a disease called covid going around because all the silverware was dirty. There is no stove and no kitchen table only a refrigerator and a microwave and a dishwasher for some reason some reason not sure why we need dishes with no kitchen. I would not call this a resort I would call it overreaching on their claims and definitely not what I would call a resort. This was a bait and switch. They will put you in a place called Tuscany and if they say that don't go if you're expecting a condo cuz you're not going to get one

Employees were super nice and informative. I enjoyed how the room was still in Christmas decorations. Resort was clean and spacious in the Tuscany building. Would recommend staying here.

We love coming here when we take a trip to Branson. Amazing staff! On this trip we had a small issue with our condo and Star went above and beyond to take care of us.
