Tropical Smoothie Cafe

First time finally trying Tropical Smoothie looking for a smoothie that would surprise me not only did the drink surprise me but everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. This place has customer service like no other establishment in Branson. I asked one of your employees, I believe his name was Connor, to choose a drink for me, I even let him know I usually like strawberry banana but I wanted to try something new. Connor was so patient with me and good-natured, he recommended "Bahama Mama". The most spectacular smoothie I’ve had in a while. Wish I would've thought to take a picture for the review but as soon as I took my first sip, I just couldn't stop. If you are in the area this is a MUST! I can not wait to try more delicious items on the menu. Will definitely come back for more.

The staff is very friendly. The place is very clean and stays busy. Personally, I've had way better smoothies, but not much in Branson. I feel like the quality has declined since opening. Cost has gone up on everything, so expected price hike on product, but flavor profile doesn't seem as prevalent, for example my friend had pineapple mango something or other and there was barely a hint of either. My pomegranate was slightly better, but still had the hint of flavor, not actual taste. I will probably go back, it was good, just not great.

I had a doordash order come to me, when I actually got the order, it was missing the edible straw that I paid for. I called the store & they told me that they couldn’t refund the cost of the straw because they didn’t have access to the system to do refunds. They were very polite and customer friendly and offered to make it right with my next order. I know that it’s only $1, but I had the order door-dashed because I don’t have a vehicle to drive there and just order, & there is not a single solitary place in Branson that has gotten my orders right and/or gotten the ENTIRE order to me for the last 3 weeks. I find it VERY disappointing that management cannot just do a refund on the missing items, instead I have to arrange for a ride from work to the store & then arrange for a ride from the store to home. By then, it’s cheaper just to take the $1 hit and move on. It may only be $1, but it’s $1 that I had to work for & now someone else has a $1 more that they didn’t earn because they failed to get the product to the customer that paid for it. Like I said, the manager was very nice & polite

Tropical Smoothie Branson Missouri. Had to tell them my order 4 times. They all acted very confused. They were standing around and I said “Is someone making our order?” It was two Bahama Mamas with Splenda. Two kids regular Bahama mamas. The order was on the screen. They said they had to charge me more after the fact. The lady before me they screwed hers up. Door dash arrived and the order wasn’t ready. These people have big issues and management needs to happen here. 😳 I finally gave up and said just give me a refund. No smoothies. 😩 and crying kids. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ The girl forgot to put ice in two of them. Seriously, they need some guidance. Big issues. I felt sorry for everyone behind me. I would have ran.

Very nice, clean and comfortable with healthy food in a very unhealthy food environment. It's ironic that you are looking at the Paula Deen buffet restaurant out the front windows. The "meal" option gets you a smoothie for just $3 with purchase of any food item, so you get a nice combo for $10 to $12.

I was blown out of the water by this place. My mom and sister and I were starving after a day on the lake and decided to come here for the first time. We thought it was just a smoothie place but came to find out the many, many options. Amazing pita breads and quesadillas made for a great meal. Loved it. We all shared and the service was fast and the employees were so nice. Would definitely stop here again!
