Its always been Delicious and Consistent, and if there was an error this Hardee's is always obliged to correct it!! We also love the Hardee's coupons we receive in the mail!! Keep up the Great work!!
Let me tell ya we've really enjoyed Hardee's THEY HAVE THE BEST BISCUITS. ..LOL Seriously it's great place to eat although we had 1 nasty experience night couple weeks ago DON'T recommend going around 8:30 PM or later food just ISN'T awesome like day & early evening UNLESS that was just a fluke evening but took A while to get waited on & food was definitely not fresh. With that being said OVER ALL they are Great one bad experience is bound to happen now & then. I'm heading there about 8 am in fact :)
Services amazing here. Lady at the counter was so friendly and helpful. Food is fresh the biscuits here are always made fresh daily and probably the best for a fast food chain. Lobby was clean and not too busy when I ate.
I got the basic burger meal. It was cooked properly and tasted good. I forgot to ask for ketchup (catsup) and they didn't offer so if you want condiments you'll have to ask. They were courteous.
3 years ago I would have given a bad review but I e been here twice in the past 6 months and they have changed! So clean, friendly, fast, the food is hot and good! I would recommend!
I have a new food allergy (alpha gal syndrome). Talked to the manager Tina who, with the efficiency of a Marine gunny sergeant, gave orders to the cook staff for the exact steps for making my order without exposing it to allergens. Janie came out with my order and handed it to me with a smile and said with evident pleasure, "I saw to it myself!"
The impression I got was that instead of seeing my request as just a pain in the butt, they delighted in meeting my need.
Although the guy seemed a little stressed with the receipt printer, he was nice overall and was quick about grabbing our food. It seemed like they were a bit understaffed. Burgers were better than i remembered, and the curly fries are 1000x better than the regular, both in shape and seasoning. It's definitely a top teir moist meter fast food restaurant.
As long as their receipt printer is working, you'll get your stuff pretty quickly and have edible fast food.
Food is akways hot and fresh Ham and cheese never disappoints really good curly fries as well!
Bring back the cinnamon raisin biscuits please!
Hardee's has their signature burger, the Whopper. It's great , like ya cooked it yourself on your own grill in the back yard.
If that's too much burger for ya they have a Jr Whopper. It's topped the same way, just smaller. Add their great fries and a huge selection of soft drinks and it's near perfection.
The biscuits and gravy are delicious! Sausage biscuits are excellent as well! Biscuits are big and tasty π sausage fried to perfection! The ladies at the window are spot on!ππ
Hands down THE BEST service I've ever had! I was short on the check a little and this guy not only paid out of his pocket- he even paid for my dog a little treat! I recommend Hardee's in Branson west to everyone! The food was top notch also! If every restaurant, fast food or not, had service and work ethic like my guy that was working tonight (didn't catch his name) then they would all be successful! Them busters over at mickey Ds can learn a thing or two from them over at Hardee's/Branson west. Very impressed π
Great experience! The staff is courteous and friendly. Our food was good. We actually walked out of Taco Bell in Branson West because we waited and no one would take our order. At Hardee's the second they saw us they came to the counter they immediately took our order and were friendly.
