Our first time in. First off, this is a downtown lunch eatery. They don't portend to be fancy. Not open for other meals. Friday is fried steak or catfish special (plus normal fare), we got the fish with fries. The catfish was cooked perfectly, if you can do catfish truly good I'm good. Fries were country fried (soft) but flavorful (I'd recommend two stage cooking myself) and the hush puppies don't have onion/chives (needs onion or whole corn to maintain moist in my opinion) but it was good, we'll be back. oh, watch out for muddy sidewalk/road, the city wasn't doing it's homework this week.

I love it. They have great food. Different each day of the week. I had plenty to eat. It was clean. Employees were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it. I just wish they were open at night.

Bowtie Chicken Pasta is UNBELIEVABLE! In my opinion the prices are great for what you get. These ppl put time and effort into what they do. It's not some canned/frozen precooked special, this is as real and as fresh as it gets. So compared to anywhere else for hot, fresh and plenty they got it for a good price, if u want McDonald's prices go to McDonald's bc this is worth it!!!
