Great American Cookies

This place is simply amazing and delicious! Ever since my first purchase, I have been a repeating customers. The staff is always nice and there for the customers. They always bake the cookies fresh and you can’t beat the deals on the purchases. I highly recommend the White Chunk Macadamia, Pecan Supreme and the Cookies & Cream.

A bit ago, when I first came to this store I thought it was laid out great, better than the old store. On a second look I saw the floor was covered with cookie crumbs, and there was little gnats around the cookies as well as the trashes we’re full. When I went to order my cookies the boy that served me didn’t talk to me the entire transaction and had a snarky look on his face and seemed to just want to get it over with. What I originally went in for they didn’t have, which was cake slices. The boy said we are out for the night even though this wasn’t anywhere near close. I advise there be better customer service training as well as the store be picked up so people don’t come in and see the mess that was made.

This establishment has the most unprofessional and unpleasant staff members. One of the staff members gave me an attitude and refused to take my order. She then proceeds to give me order to her colleague. This individual at first seemed helpful but then seems to have the same attitude as her coworker when I told them that I would contact their manager. He stood them correcting me that it’s a she not a he and that the manager would be their Monday. It was quite an unpleasant experience and I will not purchase from this facility in the future. They just lost a customer. I will advise to stay away from here so that you don’t have the same encounter I did.

Ordered a cookie cake for Christmas, had someone else pick up so I did not have a chance to see it. However, when placing the order I said only white icing and a red dot for the I. All of that was done, however the Merry Christmas writing was very skimpy, more cookie than writing covering the cookie. Even the border was skimpy. Disappointed in the looks, disappointed I did not have the person send a pic to me first. Hoping when we eat it tomorrow that will make up for looks..

This was one of my favorite indulgences at one time….A HUGE ICED COOKIE CAKE! Unfortunately the business has declined and declined. Last three attempts at a cookie cake order have been horrible. Attempt one—-the cookie was hard and overcooked. They said that’s just the way they are. Second Attempt is was cancelled and I was not told and showed up. Really not happy. They said we had too many orders to make my cookie. This last time I should have known better….I ordered later in the afternoon and the website had me pay and said it would be ready in 2 hours….shortly I get a call saying we can make it today. Then way does the site allow me to order and purchase it? At least the last two times my money was refunded. Again, just poor experiences from a company charging $35 for a big cookie. Hope you have better experiences than me.
