Last night I ordered a pizza to be delivered from my mobile app using the free points I had. When I submitted the order it defaulted to carry out so I called the store and the lady that answered the phone said they had no driver so I asked that they cancel the order. I went in to the app today to order and all my points were gone even though I did not receive the food. I called the customer service number which told me to call the store. I called and Lavaris answered and I explained what happened, he apologized and told me he could not return the points but would be more than happy to make a pizza for me and have it delivered..KUDOS to this gentleman for actually holding to customer service which you do not see often anymore. Thank you Lavaris and I am very grateful , you deserve a raise .

When I order a pizza, they say 20 minutes. I get in my car and it's ready when I get there, and I don't live far away. The one thing that's nice, is that some times I can use an old code, and they honor it. The people are nice and cheerful at the drive up window.

Manager here is the best when there is a problem it gets fixed I really like this location. Consistency of service is why I keep giving them my money... even if something gets messed up they are quick to correct it with no attitude or frustration.

It seems we like to have a pizza dinner just about once a week. Pizza hut always pulls through for us. We have our favorites and love the consistency of the pizza from store to store as we travel a lot. Rarely disappoints, love the app so we can order ahead.
