It’s a shame someone can’t get this place going again! Like everyone says hands down best steak sandwich in town and I agree ! Apparently the owner of building wants 7k rent that’s a big nut to crack to turn a profit! So sad to see such a great place go out of business! Hope they can reorganize 🧐😎

The food was awesome. Never a better steak and cheese sub. The lady behind the counter sweet as she can be. Now the cook is a different story. He seemed to have a bit of attitude. Not friendly at all. He could really use some polishing up on customer service.

Great cheese steaks and wings with ice cold beer. There aren't many places like this left. I take tourists here all the time and tell them "best grease in town!" Everyone always wants to go back when returning to Bradenton. Love this place.

Amazing cheesesteak. Nice atmosphere, great other food too. Sports bar atmosphere and very friendly staff.
RE: Since they reopened under new ownership the cheesesteaks just aren't the same as they used to be. That place is much cleaner now but the food is not as greasy and delicious as it used to be. It seems like they tried to go healthier.

We had heard this place from many of our neighbors and wanted to try it. Apparently, it had closed for a short period of time and just recently re-opened. We had the ribeye steak sandwich with all the fixings and it was absolutely delicious!! The meet was tender, the bread was fresh, and the toppings were of good quality. Also, we highly recommend the fried mushrooms and the onion straws!

Best cheesesteak I have ever had in my life, sad to see Matt close to the doors but understand. This spot will be missed on those summer nights after a long beach day or fishing. Nothing like a cold beer and excellent food. Best of luck guys, you will forever be a part of Manatee county history.

We ordered Philly beef and cheese. Never had any better anywhere and also ordered a basket of onion straws. Usually try not to order something like the straws but are way too good not to order at those place. Server was great.

I’ve heard stories about their Cheese Steaks and they were all correct 😁 Best Cheese Steak I’ve ever had. The environment is casual and the people who work there are very nice and friendly. I think everyone should go and enjoy.😎
