The young people on staff here make this Coldstone stand out from the others. Even if they didn’t enjoy their job, you’d never know. They were so energetic and pleasant- I can hardly describe it.
My friend and I went to this location 2x in the 3 days we visited Bozeman.
Coldstone is Coldstone in a sense but this one honestly really stood above simply due to the staff.
Highly recommend it! Go here!

This location has been great over the years. Recently had an issue with a new worker that over charged for add-ons that should have been included. Management helped resolve the issue and was friendly. Great ice cream flavors and toppings to choose from. They may be having some staff problems right now but it will get fixed over time.

I love coming to cold stone and seeing my ice cream being made with my favorite ingredients. I appreciate everyone who works there and I understand that some days it’s going to be busy and you need to rush but that doesn’t mean to do a poor job. I have had my fair share of bad experiences here but I just thought to share this one. This one employee today did not do a good job and had a rude attitude about everything. He did not mix my ice cream well with brownie and caramel, I had to do it myself. And when I asked for spoons he tossed them to me instead of handing them to me. Overall this experience was not the best and I did not appreciate it.

I love cold stone and have been going there for years. But recently I got a long hair in my ice cream. I was in a few times within 6 months and 3 other customers were complaining about hair in their ice cream as well. It’s an easy fix just disappointing that they still let their employees wear their hair down in a food establishment.

I went to cold stone on February 20 and I ordered my usual ice cream. Not expecting anything different. Bozeman had really nice staff and once I got my ice cream I grabbed my debit card and he says it’s on the house. He is definitely one of the nicest 17-19 year old ever. I am also here on vacation. Way to go cold stone. If you see this cold stone find the kid who was working and give him a raise.

I remember coming here and getting great friendly service and loving watching the employees making the ice cream, when we just went there we got a rude employee that kept messing up our order. Instead of cookie dough, caramel, fudge, and chocolate chips, they gave us crushed oreos in vanilla ice cream so we asked for a redo. We are very disappointed from the lack of training that was given to the employee and hope for better luck next time if we choose to return.

I have ordered my kids birthday cakes at cold stone over the last several years. I called in an order and the young lady took my order details. I went to pick up my cake and the staff could not find it. The young man helping me asked me to step aside so he could help the other customers. I asked if I could just buy a pre-made cake for my sons birthday party. Hee rolled his eyes, shrugged and acted as if this whole thing was my fault. After he helped the other customers, even one customer said to me that he wasn't being very helpful, I confronted him and said that he was treating me like I made the mistake and that I didn't appreciate him rolling his eyes. Needless to say the young man was rude and not helpful.
