Stopped by on the way to Miami, and by far the best pizza I've had in awhile from Little Caesars. Thanks for a great pizza and experience ordering food!!!

I got a large cheese pizza for 5.48! The staff were kind & accommodating, especially considering how busy they were! The pizza was hot, fresh, & tasty. Parking is widely available in the evenings but is not as available in the afternoon.

I ordered 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni, and a garlic butter sauce. When I got home, the cheese box really has another pepperoni. I called the store and they said I could come back and return the pizza. My only question is, why not have the correct labels? I rather have a refund. The cost of gas is not cheap! My kids will pick off the pepperoni's! Instead of the girl talking to her coworkers it would be better if she actually listened to my order. Not long after I paid and was given my pizza, she forgot to give me the garlic sauce. I shouldn't have to remind YOU to do your job! Disappointed with the service given

The people who work here are rude, and the pizza I ordered was given undercooked. The cheese was barely melted and the dough was still raw in the middle. I don't know how they can give pizzas that undercooked to customers.
The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1, was because pizza was great, after I popped it into the air fryer and cooked properly.

I decided to have a delicious lunch so went to little Caesars on Congress ordered lunch special, when I got home open the box and noticed nothing like the pictures advertised 2 pepperoni on each slice and the crust no cook enough & never cut in 1/4 s

The pizza is awesome. Great prices, generous toppings, and convenient app. The pizza portal is fast and fun to use.
The problem with this store is the staff. Very inconsistent with the speed and accuracy of the orders. For months, we were getting pizza from here every Friday night. I'd say the orders were 100% accurate about 85% of the time. Twice the place got overwhelmed because they were short staffed. One of those times, our pizzas were TWO HOURS late and we were refunded for our order. Sometimes the online ordering system and pizza portal are down.
Most of the time, though, they're pretty good.

The WORST. I never write reviews but I just had to share this experience....it looked like a 2 year old cut this pizza, I had to try to cut the pizza myself. The pizza was stuck to the box & the pizza was SOGGY, the pepperoni were placed literally only at the top. The cheesesticks were ridiculously dry.. ... I just don't see how this is allowed

Get better management. If Steve is still the owner, your management has gone down the tubes again. We order from this location quite often. However the past 2 times we have ordered, once for delivery and this time for pickup, we have had to wait an extraordinary long amount of time to receive our food. They had my cheese pizza sitting out and not in the warmer before even starting on my second pizza which happened to be a deep dish. I will not be recommending this location to anyone and I am going to make a point to re post this on your Google page as well with a 1 star rating. If you value your repetitive customers, then make sure orders aren't taking over 20 minutes past their pickup times!!!
